Good place to stay for a couple of days in Makati. Very safe building, with plenty of restaurants plus a good supermarket right downstairs. Dione is a very helpful and incredibly responsive host as well.

We stayed at Balay sa Air for almost a month, and it truly became our home away from home in the Philippines. Nestled right in the heart of Makati’s business district, the location was incredibly convenient—close to groceries, restaurants, and even a pho place just behind the condo that stays open late (a huge plus!). Despite being in a busy area, the neighborhood itself was surprisingly quiet and peaceful.
Dione and Joan were exceptional hosts. Their responses were practically real-time, and they took care of every need we had without fail. Check-in was seamless and stress-free—they handled everything.
We grew so attached to the place that we actually felt a little homesick after we left. That says a lot. We’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Balay Sa Air truly exceeded all my expectations during my week-long stay. The location is incredibly convenient, yet it's a peaceful, beautifully themed retreat. The fast Wi-Fi, full kitchen, washing machine, and iron made my extended stay effortless. I especially appreciated that everything had clear guides on how to use it, and the projector with Netflix and balcony hammock were fantastic touches.
Ma'am Dione was always there to answer queries promptly, and when I accidentally broke something, maintenance fixed it quickly – impressive service recovery! This really showed their commitment to guest satisfaction. It genuinely felt like a cozy, thoughtful home.
For business travelers or anyone wanting a fully equipped, modern, and stylish base in Manila for an extended period, this is absolutely the best choice. I will definitely be going back! Thank you for letting me stay in your wonderful place! – beyond ordinary indeed!

There is no reason to give feedback. This place was absolutely perfect. The interior was even more beautiful than my house in Korea. I thought I wanted to live in this house. If I come to the Philippines again, I will visit this place without delay.

It was a room full of love and ingenuity.
Everything was provided, and I was able to live without any inconvenience.
The view from the room is also beautiful.
The kitchen and utensils were also fully stocked, and I enjoyed cooking.

"Excellent staycation experience”
Stayed here last January 6-8 2023 as I needed a place to stay in Makati area to run some personal errands. The place was well maintained and well decorated which gives a relaxing tropical nature vibes. The complimentary coffee/tea as well as the single use amenity pack provided for guest was a nice personal touch too, something that is common only in hotels. The property itself is in its perfect location as it is close to many establishments such as malls, stores, restaurants, etc. Dione, the host was also very nice and accommodating during our communications and has been very responsive and patient to my queries. Truly, this is Makati's hidden gem, a "sanctuary in the city" indeed. I will highly recommend this place. Hoping to come back for my future stays.

The room exudes a provincial vibe that made me feel like I had traveled back in time, offering a unique and nostalgic ambiance. If the highest rating of Airbnb is 5 stars, this one deserves a 10. Their service and what they offer is absolutely worth it. Host is very responsive and proactive, very approachable. Unit is squeaky clean too and the unit’s aesthetic is a Chef’s Kiss! They have a lot of amenities and even the washing machine was super handy. The air conditioner’s really cold and perfect when the weather is really hot. If I were to come back to Manila, I’d choose Balay sa Air again.

This place was excellent. I was looking for someplace that felt like home away from home, and this place hit the spot. It felt like coming home after a day of adventures. Lots of amenities, very comfortable. Air Conditioning was amazing and we even had to turn it down because it got too cold. Great problem to have in Manila! All I'm all the stay was amazing.
