I had a very restful stay at this place. It is fully equipped with the essentials - for cooking, laundry, bath.
The view is awesome as well. Loved how detailed the instructions are and Dione is very hands on and accommodating.
Loved to stay here again.

"Excellent staycation experience”
Stayed here last January 6-8 2023 as I needed a place to stay in Makati area to run some personal errands. The place was well maintained and well decorated which gives a relaxing tropical nature vibes. The complimentary coffee/tea as well as the single use amenity pack provided for guest was a nice personal touch too, something that is common only in hotels. The property itself is in its perfect location as it is close to many establishments such as malls, stores, restaurants, etc. Dione, the host was also very nice and accommodating during our communications and has been very responsive and patient to my queries. Truly, this is Makati's hidden gem, a "sanctuary in the city" indeed. I will highly recommend this place. Hoping to come back for my future stays.

I recently stayed at "Balay sa Air" and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The host, Dione, was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
The condo itself is a charming escape from the hustle and bustle of the busy district it’s situated in. The room exudes a provincial vibe that made me feel like I had traveled back in time, offering a unique and nostalgic ambiance. Despite its vintage charm, the condo was well-equipped with modern amenities, striking a perfect balance between old-world charm and contemporary comfort.
I highly recommend "Balay sa Air" to anyone looking for a serene and distinctive place to stay. Thank you, Dione, for a memorable visit!

If the highest rating of Airbnb is 5 stars, this one deserves a 10. Their service and what they offer is absolutely worth it. Host is very responsive and proactive, very approachable. Unit is squeaky clean too and the unit’s aesthetic is a Chef’s Kiss! They have a lot of amenities and even the washing machine was super handy. The air conditioner’s really cold and perfect when the weather is really hot. If I were to come back to Manila, I’d choose Balay sa Air again.

Balai sa Air is truly a wonderful place to stay. Dione is so responsive and allowed us to check in earlier that the check in time (really appreciate it). Everything you need (from cooking utilities, seasoning, bathroom necessities) are easily available. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was excellent. I was looking for someplace that felt like home away from home, and this place hit the spot. It felt like coming home after a day of adventures. Lots of amenities, very comfortable. Air Conditioning was amazing and we even had to turn it down because it got too cold. Great problem to have in Manila! All I'm all the stay was amazing. Would stay again.
