By default, our hammock is folded to the side. With prior notice, we're happy to set it up and securely hook it for your arrival. Simply unhook and fold it away when not in use. Our hammock features two industrial metal hooks and is made from a blend of 50% cotton and 50% polyester in a neutral beige color. It has a maximum safety weight capacity of 150kg and adjustable height levels. Please ensure that children are supervised by adults at all times when using the hammock. We kindly remind guests that we cannot be held responsible for any accidents, falls, or injuries resulting from improper use.

How big is the studio unit? 

It's a compact 22.95 sqm space, but it's well-equipped for a comfortable stay.

You'll have a mini balcony, hammock, functional kitchen, smart projector with free Netflix, fast internet, yoga mats, metal weights, iron, hair dryer, folding tables and chairs, air fryer, coffee maker, emergency lights and so much more. Your safety, comfort and convenience is our outmost priority.

 

Where is the unit located? 

It's on the 21st floor of SMDC AIR RESIDENCES in Makati City, near Ayala Ave, Makati Med, and RCBC Plaza. It is beside Makati Fire Station and behind Makati Post Office. 

 

The Trident Tower testing center is a short walk away (6-7 minutes).

What entertainment options are there? 
Unlimited Converge WiFi with 200Mbps, smart projector for movie nights, hammock for your reading or napping, we also have some card games available.

Do you have snacks and drinks available? 

Yes, there's a self-service honesty basket stocked with treats and snacks. You can also purchase unique souvenirs.

What's the check-in/out time? 

Check-in is after 2:00 pm and check-out by 11:00 am.

Early check-in or extended stay may be available for a fee (ask in advance).

 

How do I access the unit? 

You'll receive a digital lock code and an access card with a lanyard upon confirmation. Remember to leave the card inside upon check-out to avoid a replacement fee.

 

What amenities does the building offer? 

There's a playground, adult & kid's swimming pool, 8th-floor lounge area, mall, and grocery on the ground floor. There are also nearby banks and restaurants.

 

Can I use the pool? 

Yes, for a fee (PHP 150/head weekdays/weekends, PHP 300/head holidays). The pool is closed on Mondays for cleaning and is open from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm Tuesday to Sunday. Sunbathing spots may be limited.

 

Can I get more towels or sheets? 

Yes, just let us know, and there may be an additional fee.

 

Can I access extra storage? 

Please don't open unmarked storage spaces. Let us know if you need extra linens.

 

What safety measures are in place? 

The unit has a first-aid kit, fire extinguisher, fire blanket, mini safe, and emergency rechargeable lights.

 

Do you offer cleaning services? 

For stays of 14 nights or more, cleaning and restocking are provided mid-stay. For shorter stays, cleaning happens after check-out. Let us know if you have any special requests.

Provide valid ID with a photo for security purposes.

Your ID will be returned upon check-out.

 

Security Deposit:

An optional Php 2,000 deposit may be requested (refundable within 24 hours of check-out if no damages).

Private parking is available with advance notice (fees apply).

 

Deliveries:

Deliveries are received on the 2nd floor, not the main lobby.
